The Block Clerk maintains the correct current bid on auction day via auction software programs.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part-Time, Flat Rate, $125 Per Auction

JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently looking for part-time block clerks to work on Friday mornings from 8am- end of the auction (approx. 12:00). The job includes listening to the bid amount called by the Auctioneer while entering the amount into an auction program and recording the final bids in auction program for vehicles sold. Basic computer skills are needed.  Ability to listen well and accurately record all sold vehicle information.   This is an ideal job for someone who would like something different to do one day a week.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

I. Communicates with customers in a professional manner.

II. Performs other related duties as assigned. 

 

EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE:

● Valid driver’s license required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements 

● Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

● Must be able to access and navigate fleet parking lot and maintenance facilities.
