PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY!
Step 1: Appointments MUST be made ONLINE and CONFIRMED for Vehicle and personal property redemptions.
Step 2: SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT - Please click on the “Request An Appointment” button below in order to submit a request to schedule your vehicle or personal property Redemption Appointment.
YOUR APPOINTMENT MUST BE CONFIRMED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS APPROVED.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS!
Step 3: APPOINTMENT APPROVAL - Once you submit your appointment request, you will be contacted by a Redemption Coordinator via email, for CONFIRMATION and FINAL APPROVAL of your appointment.
Step 4: FEES - The Redemption Coordinator will inform you by email of any additional charges required by your lender. Please bring appropriate forms of payment or you will not be able to redeem your personal property or your vehicle. See below.
STEP 5: IMPORTANT ITEMS TO BRING WITH YOU FOR THE REDEMPTION -
Government Issued Photo ID - (i.e. Driver's License)
Be prepared to pay the amount of the redemption fee as provided by the redemption coordinator.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cashier check, credit/debit card, or money order are the only forms of payment accepted for the amount due. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH! There are NO Cash refunds!
Keys to the vehicle
Verified Appointment Approval email - screen photo or printed copy
Your license plate(s) - if in your possession
